Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and long-term financial goals. • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting. • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. • Act as the primary point of contact for financial stakeholders, including investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies. • Evaluate and execute potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. • Lead the company’s preparation for a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven experience in the software industry or a technology-driven environment. • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in financial software and systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus. • Preference for candidates with experience from private equity or leading finance teams at private equity-backed companies.
