📋 Description

• Lead Sentara’s Enterprise Analytics team as Director, Shared Analytic Services. • Ensure data products evolve to meet changing needs and support analytic toolsets. • Advise on advanced dashboard development for larger scale projects crossing business domains. • Optimize technical environments for BI tools like PowerBI and Tableau.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of healthcare management experience required • A Bachelor's level degree is required • Leadership experience is required • 5 years of analytics experience is required • Experience in BI tools and BI tools delivery is required • Master's degree preferred • Understanding of the Epic EMR and analytic toolsets • Understanding of healthcare payer claims systems and electronic health data interchange • Understanding of population health and value-based care concepts, especially in terms of data inputs and manipulation • Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies • Collaborative posture and consultative mindset are critical.
