• SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST POLAND EGNYTE • Supporting all sales operations activities, including the onboarding process for the channel • Processing onboarding requests from MSP and VAR • Supporting partner users with the PRM/Reseller Tool • Supporting Sales’ efforts in preparing for and closing the opportunity and in creating CPQ • Developing periodic and ad hoc reporting for Sales Team as well as executive management • Creating MSP technical content related to Reseller tool • Reviewing CRM and confirming customer data is up-to-date and sorted accordingly • Responsible for handling purchase order
• 2-5 Years of Sales Operations experience • Strong oral and written communication skills in English this role requires a confident communicator • Ability to follow and apply processes • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, data management, data measurements, and/or statistical analysis • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results • Analytical computer skills is a plus (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects)
