📋 Description
• At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities. • Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. • It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets. • Serve Robotics aims to develop dependable and proficient sidewalk autonomy software. • Our Autonomy team is looking for a Lead Simulation Engineer. • You will spearhead the development of a state-of-the-art simulation and test infrastructure. • You will lead a small team of 3-4 talented individuals and collaborate with external agencies. • Your expertise in cloud infrastructure and robotics simulator software will be pivotal.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years demonstrated experience in leading a team within a simulation or test automation infrastructure environment, preferably within the robotics or autonomous vehicle sector. • Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure setup and management, with experience deploying complex simulation systems. • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Nvidia’s Isaac Simulation or Gazebo or comparable simulation tools. • Experience implementing CI/CD frameworks for large systems. • Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a people manager or team lead. • Production quality programming experience in C++ and Python. • Demonstrated skill leading large system designs, gathering system requirements and identifying key stakeholders. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
