Description

• Manage the accounting for company payroll and provide key support to the team on payroll reconciliation. • Partnering with the benefit team to ensure accounting related to employee benefits are recorded timely and accurately • Worked closely with Sale Compensation team, manage the commission accrual and accounting for cost related to contracts with customer according to ASC 340 • Partner with FP&A to the recording of the company corporate bonus expenses • Managing the monthly accounting close process including the preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, fluxes, and accruals. • Serve as primary contact for external auditors and manage the process of providing them with required data for the quarterly reviews and annual audit. • Developing and improving accounting processes and systems to drive efficiency and best practices. • Participating in the development and review of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and analysis. • Establishing, implementing and administering internal control policies, procedures and processes for accounting operations. • Serve as the key business partner to both the SEC Reporting and FP&A functions. • Participate in accounting and system integrations in M&A initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in accounting from four-year college or university • 7+ years of accounting experience; CPA preferred • Comprehensive understanding or financial accounting and reporting under GAAP and SEC requirements. • Excellent knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements including the ability to assess, develop and implement internal controls. • Ability to identify and analyze problems and provide solutions • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills and displays strong work ethic and ownership of responsibilities • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
