Description

• Coach and advise managers and team members on a variety of topics impacting employee experience. • Build relationships while modeling and inspiring a culture of mutual accountability, constructive collaboration, and high quality execution. • Partner with teams to keep a pulse on what’s going on within their teams and how this may impact the business. • Support in organizational-wide initiatives and projects, including workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. • Execute business practice/work process improvements to identify opportunities for leveraging and deploying our talent. • Collaborate and partner with the broader People Ops team to roll out all key people processes around compensation reviews, DEI, benefits, and learning & development programs. • Be a trusted advisor and partner on all people-related matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR business experience, ideally with at least 4+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner in a scaling environment. • Well-rounded experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development. • Experience supporting exempt and nonexempt employees. • An ability to coach and influence leaders and employees. • A deep level of curiosity and strong business acumen to be able to proactively connect the dots and make sound decisions using great judgment. • Experience operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
