β’ Coach and advise managers and team members on a variety of topics impacting employee experience. β’ Build relationships while modeling and inspiring a culture of mutual accountability, constructive collaboration, and high quality execution. β’ Partner with teams to keep a pulse on whatβs going on within their teams and how this may impact the business. β’ Support in organizational-wide initiatives and projects, including workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. β’ Execute business practice/work process improvements to identify opportunities for leveraging and deploying our talent. β’ Collaborate and partner with the broader People Ops team to roll out all key people processes around compensation reviews, DEI, benefits, and learning & development programs. β’ Be a trusted advisor and partner on all people-related matters.
β’ 5+ years of HR business experience, ideally with at least 4+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner in a scaling environment. β’ Well-rounded experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development. β’ Experience supporting exempt and nonexempt employees. β’ An ability to coach and influence leaders and employees. β’ A deep level of curiosity and strong business acumen to be able to proactively connect the dots and make sound decisions using great judgment. β’ Experience operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
