Description

• Lead the development of productivity tools suite for enterprise SaaS offering. • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the productivity tools. • Work closely with customers to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. • Collaborate across product squads to gather feedback and input. • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to create intelligent solutions. • Prioritize features based on customer feedback and strategic goals. • Develop and scale segment-specific solutions for diverse customer segments. • Own the product roadmap for productivity tools, updating stakeholders regularly. • Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate on product features. • Stay informed about market trends and competitive products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS and enterprise software. • Experience in the trades or a related industry is a plus. • Strong understanding of software development processes, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams. • Proven track record of developing customer-centric products that drive tangible business results. • Ability to think strategically about product development and business impact, with a focus on long-term success. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in productivity tools is highly desirable. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
