Description

• Help businesses automate their customer service operations and gain insights from conversations. • Showcase Sestek’s Conversational Automation solutions like Conversational Analytics, AI, and Biometrics. • Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and lead POCs. • Design solutions to meet customer requirements and address pain points. • Act as the liaison for on-site solution delivery and professional services teams. • Participate actively in technical discussions with IT and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, information systems, or electronics. • Experience in sales engineering, consulting, or product management in the areas of customer service automation, contact center technology stack, WFM, QM, Speech Analytics, Speech Recognition, Virtual Agents, Voice Biometrics, and Conversational AI. • Proven, hands-on technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Positive, result-oriented personality with a customer-centric attitude. • Able to participate in technical discussions with IT teams as well as understand the requirements of the line of business. • Able to deliver results with high quality within tight timelines. • Resident in the USA, and willing to travel up to 25% of the time. • Fluency in English.
