Description

• Serve as the technical expert for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing insights on product features and functionalities. • Guide clients through the onboarding and engagement process, offering training sessions and resources to ensure they effectively utilize our products. • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and sales) to manage client implementations and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making. • Respond to client feedback on product performance and user experience, relaying insights to the product team for continuous improvement. • Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. • Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and meeting notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field. • At least 2-3 years of project management experience. • Crypto and/or fintech industry experience is preferred. • Strong understanding with crypto trading platforms and wallets. • Knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain development. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to remain flexible and shift priorities based on business needs. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy. • Has a growth mindset and is looking to learn and grow with the Company.
