β€’ The Solutions Engineer is a technical resource supporting our sales teams by: Leading pre-sales activities such as standard product demonstrations on core products and answering technical questions β€’ Demonstrating a foundational understanding of the company's product suite, use cases and methodology principles β€’ Conducting Proof of Concept demonstrations β€’ Assisting with RFP development β€’ Taking on assigned tasks for the SE team, e.g. reviewing documents such as PoC guides, marketing collateral, RFP content β€’ Confident and able to lead customer conversations, overcoming negativity convincingly β€’ Ability to work independently and also collaboratively in a team environment effectively β€’ Knowledge of solutions engineering principles β€’ Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills β€’ Understanding of Cybersecurity, Risk and IT expected

Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years of technical security software or risk technical sales, pre-sales or consulting background β€’ 1-3 years of experience as an analyst in intelligence entities, military or cyber groups β€’ Understanding of threat actor behavior, the dark web, and persona management β€’ Strong client-facing skills, e.g. meeting & presenting to clients β€’ Strong commercial skills including an understanding of the sales process β€’ Excellent written and verbal skills β€’ Bachelors degree β€’ Potential travel - 10-20%
