• Do you have a passion for helping businesses automate their customer service operations, and gain valuable insights from their customer conversations? • Do you love exploring new and innovative ways to leverage conversational data to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes? • As a Sales & Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with our sales directors, channel sales managers, account managers, product managers, and project managers, to help our clients understand the power of conversational analytics. • You will be responsible for conducting product demos, technical presentations, scoping, leading and running POCs, and writing the scope of work document. • Designs solutions that address customer pain points and meet customer requirements. • This position is open to residents in the USA, with a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and fluency in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, information systems, or electronics. • Experience in sales engineering, consulting, or product management in the areas of customer service automation, contact center technology stack, WFM, QM, Speech Analytics, Speech Recognition, Virtual Agents, Voice Biometrics, and Conversational AI. • Proven, hands-on technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Positive, result-oriented personality with a customer-centric attitude. • Able to participate in technical discussions with IT teams as well as understand the requirements of the line of business. • Able to deliver results with high quality within tight timelines. • Resident in the USA, and willing to travel up to 25% of the time. • Fluency in English.
