🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich • mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Revenue Operations, Customer Success oder Kundensupport (idealerweise in SaaS) • starke analytische Fähigkeiten und eine prozessorientierte Denkweise • Kenntnisse über Customer-Success-Methoden und SaaS-Kennzahlen (NRR, ARR, Churn) • vertraut mit CRM- und Engagement-Tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom) • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Change-Management • Probleme eigenständig lösen und effektiv mit bereichsübergreifenden Teams zusammenarbeiten
