• Manage a pipeline of existing customer business to drive customer retention & growth and achieve Net Revenue Retention & Account Retention Targets • Be the first point of contact for our amazing customers when they need help • Be responsible for initial onboarding, strategy conversations and building ongoing relationships with key customers. • Drive product adoption and achieve the highest level of customer success through proactive engagement and support.
• 2 - 3 years experience in B2B Sales, Customer Success or Event Management (SaaS preferred) • Experience working with event technology, including: registration, event app, badges, AV solutions, virtual events. • Prior experience providing in-person support or on-site services is a plus. • A track record of achieving and/or exceeding targets through upsell and growth. • Unbeatable listening skills. • Extensively worked within CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce. • Obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
