Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, or customer success • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives • Experience in healthcare technology platforms preferred • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels • Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools • Advanced project management capabilities • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of healthcare operations and specifically the mental healthcare provider persona • Proficient in advanced office and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) • Strong change management and organizational development capabilities • Advanced CRM and provider management system expertise • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling • Experience with healthcare-specific software platforms
