β€’ Waymark is on a mission to bring the best healthcare to Medicaid benefits users. β€’ You'll be pivotal in operational excellence across rapidly growing markets. β€’ Responsible for centralizing communications, playbooks, and policies for process consistency. β€’ You'll ensure effective alignment of core functions with care model and operational needs. β€’ Provide project management support to Care Model Roadmap and other efforts. β€’ Be a strategic problem solver and an excellent communicator.

Requirements

β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter. β€’ Comfortable with ambiguity and able to multitask and create structure. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong project management skills with a track record of aligning across diverse stakeholders. β€’ Strong operational background, preferably in a remote environment. β€’ Systems thinker and problem solver, able to toggle between the details and big picture view with ease. β€’ Willing to roll up sleeves and dig in to the work at hand. β€’ 3-5 years experience in healthcare or health services operations roles with an outpatient/primary care, integrated behavioral health, and/or whole-person care focus. β€’ Values teamwork and collaboration. β€’ Thrives in fast-paced environment.
