Description

• Waymark is on a mission to bring the best healthcare to Medicaid benefits users. • You'll be pivotal in operational excellence across rapidly growing markets. • Responsible for centralizing communications, playbooks, and policies for process consistency. • You'll ensure effective alignment of core functions with care model and operational needs. • Provide project management support to Care Model Roadmap and other efforts. • Be a strategic problem solver and an excellent communicator.

Requirements

• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to multitask and create structure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong project management skills with a track record of aligning across diverse stakeholders. • Strong operational background, preferably in a remote environment. • Systems thinker and problem solver, able to toggle between the details and big picture view with ease. • Willing to roll up sleeves and dig in to the work at hand. • 3-5 years experience in healthcare or health services operations roles with an outpatient/primary care, integrated behavioral health, and/or whole-person care focus. • Values teamwork and collaboration. • Thrives in fast-paced environment.
