• The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) works to build a more equal and resilient world. • We bring people together to support each other through four initiatives: LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program. • We’re looking for an Account Manager to expand Lean In’s programs within Fortune 500 (or equivalent) companies worldwide. • This role focuses on both acquiring new business and expanding existing partnerships, with an emphasis on our flagship Lean In Circles program - a blend of world-class leadership and peer mentorship curriculum. • If you’re a results-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for workplace equity, this is a unique opportunity to make an impact.
• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in leadership programs, or enterprise solutions. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities. • Proven ability to meet and exceed growth targets. • Comfortable presenting to large audiences and engaging senior-level stakeholders. • Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and work independently in a remote-first environment. • Passionate about workplace inclusion, equity, and leadership development. • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage sales pipelines.
