🎯 Requirements

•Strong mission alignment with a particular focus on achieving equitable outcomes. •A bachelor's degree, ideally with coursework in finance or economics; a master’s degree in a relevant field, is preferred. •At least ten (10) years of professional experience, with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in impact investing or philanthropy, community development finance, commercial or investment banking, structured finance, or private equity or debt. •Experience, knowledge of, or interest in the following is desirable: climate finance, renewable energy, community development financing, impact investing, credit enhancement/guarantee programs, working with place-focused foundations, and impact investing funds. •Experience evaluating, structuring, developing, and/or managing relevant investments. •Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. •Advanced Excel competencies, including complex financial modeling experience. •Detail-oriented with a focus on performance and results. •Excellent communication and presentation skills. •Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making. •Strong experience leading, supervising, and motivating a team of finance, investment, or consultant professionals.
