📋 Description

• Responsible for providing dynamic, visible and inspirational leadership to impact business initiatives. • Manage training and professional development of Field Service Reps. • Conduct in-field visits and provide coaching and mentorship. • Lead planning and execution of strategic priorities. • Support implementation of strategic service strategies with key partners. • Create and track weekly/monthly and quarterly service goals.

• Familiarity with the Altra product line. • Demonstrated team leadership skills. • Propensity to lead and mentor others. • Proven ability to create and implement winning sales strategies. • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills. • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects on a seasonal basis. • Passion for the sport of running and being active. • Ability to work well independently and in a team. • Excellent process and organizational management skills. • Self-motivated with the desire to show initiative.
