📋 Description
• Collaborate with the team to create and define user stories • Determine the best approaches for developing new features • Develop and document test cases to ensure new features are thoroughly tested • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to develop software features • Engage in stand-ups, sprint planning, and other product development activities • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features • Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to the CEO as needed
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development • Experience working in a startup environment or within a small, agile team • Experience in Programming Languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript and React.js) • Experience in back-end technology such as Node.js (Koa), MySQL, Nginx / Caddy, Linux • Experience in AWS Cloud Services (EC2 and Amazon S3) • Experience in Version Control on Git, GitHub and Azure Repos • Experience in Software Engineering Practices such as Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD) • Product strategy and project Management skills • Data-driven and good decision making • Willful listening skills • Voracious Curiosity and a strong internal drive • Good Problem Solving skills • Self-awareness and willingness to seek help when needed • Resilient with the capacity to recover quickly • Humility and the ability to operate with gratitude • Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders
