📋 Description

• SheerID is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our global go-to-market strategy. We need a leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, build scalable processes, and empower their team to achieve rapid product adoption and deliver market impact. • This role is for a builder, a mentor, and a strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for transforming product marketing theory into tangible, customer-centric strategies that drive measurable growth. • You'll lead a team of product marketers, setting the example by creating efficient documentation, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of bold innovation, action and accountability. • Your goals are to accelerate product adoption, launch new products/features with precision, and refine our buyer personas using data-driven insights and competitive intelligence. • You will be held accountable for the successes of your team and expected to build and iterate on programs that directly impact our P&L while aligning with our product team's launch timelines. • This position will report to the SVP of Global Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing within the MarTech industry, with a proven track record of driving rapid growth. • Experience with global and localized B2B2C software solutions a plus. • 5+ years of progressive management experience, with a strong emphasis on player-coach leadership and building high-performing teams. • A builder's mindset: You're passionate about creating efficient processes and empowering teams to succeed. • A bias for action: You move quickly, make data-driven decisions, and deliver results. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. • A passion for mentoring and developing talent. • Familiarity with PII regulations e.g. CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, COPPA.
