Description

• Understand and clarify the customer’s goals to ensure our solutions meet their needs. • Set realistic delivery expectations in alignment with customer goals and our marketing partners' capabilities. • Manage the entire project lifecycle from client discovery, project creation, strategy support, to campaign execution. • Ensure timely and complete delivery of solutions. • Coordinate resources from SheerID, strategic partners, and customers for smooth implementation of community marketing products. • Collaborate with partners and vendors to manage customer implementation and ensure full delivery of SheerID’s marketing products. • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. • Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals. • Regularly report on project status and escalate issues to management when necessary. • Work with the SheerID account team to understand, measure, and drive appropriate campaign metrics for customer success. • Effectively transition the project to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) upon completion. • Lead regular status calls with customer teams to keep them informed and engaged. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Utilize your project management and marketing experience to provide critical input for improving internal processes and products. • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the team and organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. • 5 -10 years of work experience in Project Management, preferably within a marketing organization or agency. • Proven experience in project management, particularly in marketing projects. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer goal alignment. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resources effectively. • Proven ability to show a sense of urgency and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Self-directed; able to complete work with minimal supervision. • Proven experience and passion for providing an outstanding customer experience. • Strong analytical skills to measure and drive campaign metrics. • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation. • Experience in process improvement and internal process development. • Proven ability to show a sense of urgency and meet deadlines. • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira are a plus. • Active project management certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP and/or PMP preferred. • Preferred experience with client integrations and REST APIs. • Background in SEO, Google AdWords, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising. • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Analytics Certified preferred; Salesforce, Looker. • Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research. • Familiarity with both native and programmatic advertising. • Highly proficient in all major social media ad platforms. • Interest in following advertising and media trends. • Experience working in a marketing/advertising agency required.
