📋 Description

• The Sr. Solutions Architect – Services Presales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the professional services team. • This individual will work closely with sales teams, technical teams, and clients to design and present innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. • This role will focus on designing, migrating, and optimizing Microsoft based messaging and identity solutions, ensuring secure and scalable enterprise environments. • Design hybrid identity solutions integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD, enabling seamless authentication and access management. • Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field • Minimum 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility • Minimum 10 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating technology solutions • Minimum 10 years’ experience working with and migrating technology solutions • Minimum 10 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on services solution development and revenue growth in Professional Services • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to engage stakeholders at all levels • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, and Exchange Server • Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, Entra Suite, and on-premises AD DS • Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, Kerberos, NTLM) • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Purview, and compliance tools • Expertise in conditional access, MFA, self-service password reset (SSPR), and access reviews • Experience in enterprise-scale migrations and hybrid environments • Ability to analyze customer requirements and design solutions that meet their business objectives and budget constraints with a consultative approach. • Experience in developing SOWs and driving revenue growth in professional services. • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, proposals, and architecture diagrams. • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
