📋 Description

• The SHI Services Solutions Architect – AI will analyze, design, and implement Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder services and related solutions for our company’s end customers and partners. • Serve as the technical lead in deploying services within our customers’ and partners environments. • Guide strategic customers as they design and implement AI projects ranging from greenfield deployments, and business transformations through on-site and remote engagements. • Deliver best practices and recommendations to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility. • Minimum 3 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology. • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and integrating Microsoft Power Platform technology. • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and reporting. • Proficiency with the design, implementation, migrations, and support of Microsoft Collaboration, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder solutions. • Strong project time management and communication skills. • Consultative approach to deploying enterprise architecture. • Passion for technology. • Expert and timely decision-making skills. • Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong troubleshooting skills. • Drive to learn and deploy new technology. • Receptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
