• Work directly with the Executive Leadership Team to execute on key business priorities • Assist in facilitating effective decision-making through analysis and execution of strategic projects • Support the execution of operational and strategic initiatives • Assess inquiries directed to the C-Suite, determine the proper course of action • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the C-Suite • Work with the Regional Operations teams to identify and execute on site-level growth initiatives • Develop detailed financial models for existing partners and new business opportunities • Manage cross-functional growth and optimization projects • Act as key member of the in-house strategy team to drive existing client growth • Proactively pursue ancillary business and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Consulting, Investment Banking or Private Equity experience highly preferred • Entrepreneurial attitude - willingness to roll up his/her sleeves and work alongside staff • Highly motivated, results-driven professional who can thrive in a team-oriented environment • Experience in summarizing and presenting Company results in formal settings • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and data visualization • Analytically oriented; makes and defends decisions based on hard data • Hard worker and self-starter who can work independently • Effective at multi-tasking; enjoys and thrives wearing multiple hats • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Enthusiastic and service-oriented • Will likely travel 25% of their time
