• The future of insurance starts with AI. • Shift Technology's AI-powered products have benefitted more than 300 million policyholders globally. • You will be part of the EMEA Value Engineering team. • Senior Business Solutions Consultant is critical in connecting dots between internal/external teams. • We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant who personifies ownership and accountability. • Your Insurance expertise (P&C) and technical knowledge will allow you to present business-driven technology solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of P&C insurance • 10+ years of experience as a full-cycle software Solution Consultant, ideally in SaaS. • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders – from technical resources to C-level executive management personnel • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, is creative, disciplined, passionate and an out- of-the-box thinker • Expert relationship building, leadership, and presentation skills are a must • Ability to establish mutual expectations with customers • Ability to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audience • Expert coordination, organization, team building and communication abilities • Effective written and verbal communications skills • Demonstrated ability to produce results working independently and as a member of a team • Developed problem-solving skills • Fluency in French and English
