The Opportunity: • As a Bales Development Representative at ShiftCare, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, engaging with small to mid-size companies across the US region. • Qualify the ShiftCare value proposition to outbound leads via phone, email, and live chat, by booking demos for our Account Executive team. • Collaborate on outbound campaigns with our Marketing team, making a direct impact on our expansion. What You'll Do: • Build Relationships: Forge connections with prospects and tap into existing customer relationships to drive new business growth. • Inspire Adoption: Motivate potential customers to embrace ShiftCare, highlighting the value of our premium plans. • Engage and Connect: Seamlessly interact with outbound leads and initiate connections with cold leads at small and mid-sized companies. • Collaborate: Work closely with a dynamic team, executing our sales strategy amidst exciting enhancements and new product releases. • Innovate: Bring your ideas, strategies, and creative thinking to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

Requirements

Located in Canada. • SaaS Savvy: Experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies • Sales experience: 2 years experience in a similar Sales Development Representative role • Pipeline Architects: Ability to build and maintain an accurate lead pipeline independently. • Time Management Masters: Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail. • Goal-Oriented: A sharp focus on goals and a belief that daily, weekly, and monthly activities lead to success. • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
