Description
• Own Quality Assurance within ShiftCare and drive the evolution of our testing strategy • Maintain a high degree of quality and reliability across our SaaS product • Develop detailed test strategies in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks • Lead bug management processes, including tracking and triage sessions • Guide our engineering team in Quality Assurance best practices
Requirements
• Proven experience in software quality assurance with a few years as a senior QA engineer • Passionate about learning, continuous improvement, and excellence in Quality assurance as a craft • Proficient in writing automated tests with a strong background in multiple testing frameworks • Strong experience in designing API and UI tests with an understanding of integration challenges • Experience in replicating real world load using a load testing framework
