📋 Description

• ShiftKey is a platform disrupting healthcare staffing shortages. • Seeking a dynamic VP of Product Management. • Spearheading product strategy and fostering innovation. • Ensure product teams focus on valuable problem-solving. • Partnering with the executive team for product-led growth.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field. • At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience leading product management teams. • In-depth understanding of user experience and design. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to documentation. • Proven track record of implementing operational and data-driven processes. • Ability to think holistically and connect the dots between enterprise-level tools and end-user experiences. • Experience working directly with engineering and design teams, utilizing agile frameworks. • Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects involving internal and external clients. • Experience in improving user experiences and advocating for change.
