🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in blockchain, DeFi, or financial technology. • Strong knowledge of DeFi trading systems, including perpetual futures, leveraged positions, and liquidation processes. • Familiarity with on-chain trading platforms like GMX, dYdX, or similar. • Experience designing trading-related features, such as advanced order types, margin mechanics, and scalable trading engines. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make trade-offs in a fast-paced startup environment. • Knowledge of the FX or financial services industry is a plus. • Knowledge of common design patterns utilized by decentralized exchanges and liquidity pools is a strong plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience.
