• Warehouse Management System (WMS) Implementation Engineer • This position is located at our headquarters in Santa Barbara, CA or Remote in the U.S. • ShipHawk is on a mission to become THE operating system for eCommerce operations. • Join us as we transform the shipping industry into a transparent and efficient market, benefiting both retailers and consumers. • 4 Reasons Why You Want to Work with Us: • You want to work with the best. • You want to be part of an organization that is in a rapid growth stage. • You want to share in a culture that is healthy and fun. • You want to join in an experience that is an opportunity to take your career to the next level. • What We’re Looking For In You: • We are looking for an all-star skill set with hands-on WMS implementation experience. • Responsibilities: • Perform discovery with the customer to surface all relevant packing and shipping requirements in the customer’s business. • Convert customer receiving, picking, packing, and shipping requirements into ShipHawk operational flows. • Assess and scope any gaps in ShipHawk software that will impact the customer’s ability to optimize the software’s benefit to the customer’s business. • Identify operational process changes that will allow the customer to maximize the benefit they get from using ShipHawk software. • Guide the customer through a full range of user acceptance testing to ensure that the customer tests every packing and shipping requirement surfaced during discovery. • Review configuration and testing completeness in preparation for going live. • Manage the transition of the customer from implementation to ongoing customer support.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in customer-facing WMS implementations. • Strong verbal and written communication…the ability to converse fluently on various warehouse activities and universal WMS features. • Experience implementing a shipping or logistics platform • Experience with Oracle NetSuite • Experience with Acumatica • Strong SQL skills • Working knowledge of any of the following HTML, CSS, APIs (including Postman), JavaScript
