Description

• Contact targeted vendors aligned with the human resources industry to secure sponsorship engagements for the ScaleHR Conference. • Driving the development of our conference’s sponsor pipeline. • Document all sponsorship sales activity.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelors degree • Masters degree highly desired • Have had 2+ years demonstrated success in sponsorship marketing, sales, or business development • Have savvy internet-based research abilities, including being a whiz on LinkedIn • Have excellent oral and writing skills • Have demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision; available to communicate during EST business hours • Have own phone and computer

Benefits

• Pay is 100% commission (20%) • $500 bonus for each Premier-level sponsor attainment
