Description

• Assist with delivery of events and programs for Shockwave Medical • Involve planning and hands-on execution, managing stakeholders and relationships • Responsible for end-to-end event program planning and logistics • Manage meeting suppliers and ensure objectives are met • Use project management tools, update documentation, and track project finances • Maintain event lead processing and compliance with documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of one year event planning experience and CMP and/or MPI credential preferred • Experience in med device marketing cardiovascular or peripheral-vascular related products is a plus • Ability to build successful partnerships with the sales force • Effective communication skills with all levels of management and organizations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities • Operate as a team and independently with adaptability to changing requirements • Solution-oriented and flexible with strong problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Up to 30% travel expected
