📋 Description

• Shopware is a leading global eCommerce platform empowering business with open-source technology, flexibility, and innovation. • Seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our growth efforts, drive revenue, and build a high-performing sales team. • Responsible for shaping and executing Shopware's sales strategy in the United States. • Driving new business, expanding customer relationships, and scaling revenue operations. • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate Shopware’s market presence and revenue growth in the US. • Recruit, train, and lead a world-class sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. • Own and drive revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and deal closure. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the eCommerce ecosystem, including mid-market and enterprise clients. • Establish strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders. • Utilize analytics and sales metrics to track performance, optimize processes, and drive accountability. • Leverage next-generation tools internally and help clients adopt them. • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital commerce platforms. • Proven track record of successfully scaling sales teams and exceeding revenue targets. • Experience in selling to mid-market and enterprise clients in the eCommerce industry. • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting. • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies in a competitive B2B environment. • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills. • Strong negotiation and contract management experience. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
