🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience selling digital solutions to the pharmaceutical sector, specifically to brand marketers, commercial leaders, consumer-focused roles, patient services, and/or leadership teams in a pharmaceutical company • Technology and SaaS-based sales experience is a plus • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling a vertical or new market from the ground up • Strong knowledge of the pharma industry, including key players, regulations, and trends • Ability to craft and implement strategic sales plans and adapt them as the vertical evolves • Exceptional ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers • Track record of managing complex sales cycles and successfully closing high-value deals • Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively • Willing to travel 30-50% of the time
