• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics) • 8+ years of experience in marketing and data analytics, with a focus on attribution, marketing analysis, and website analytics, preferably in ecommerce or retail. • Strong understanding of marketing measurement and optimization techniques, including A/B testing and multivariate experimentation • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, statistical analysis and media mix modeling. • Experience with post-purchase surveys and customer feedback analytics • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience • Experience leading a team or directing analytics agencies
