📋 Description

• Join an inspiring and caring environment that values diversity and individuality. • Execute consolidation, analysis, and reporting for financial statements. • Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • Lead month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the general ledger. • Create and maintain process documentation for tasks. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus in general accounting. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles in IFRS or US GAAP. • Fluent in English, both written and oral. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Experience in applications such as Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills. • SAP experience preferred. • Possess an analytical and problem-solving mentality, with a natural curiosity about business issues, drivers, and solutions. • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
