📋 Description
• Provide technical support to customers or Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for Magnet systems • Monitor, evaluate, and approve liquid helium volumes and orders • Analyze systems demonstrating abnormal behavior • Collaborate with support teams for magnet and refrigeration system health • Manage escalations and communicate with Magnet HSC for deeper analysis • Provide rapid recovery support for quenched magnets • Perform on-site support with repair when necessary
🎯 Requirements
• Associates Degree or vocational technical training required in healthcare imaging equipment service • More than 2 years+ experience in a field service role supporting healthcare imaging equipment • Proficient skills in typing and Outlook, Excel, Word, and other job critical applications • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Valid passport required
