Description
• Manage and support Google Workspace and Slack for a remote workforce. • Optimize collaboration tools and provide technical support for end-user machines • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote users.
Requirements
• Relevant certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator or similar are a plus. • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration. • Strong experience providing remote IT support across Windows, macOS, and Linux. • Familiarity with remote device management tools. • Knowledge of security protocols related to cloud-based collaboration platforms. • Excellent project management skills. • Strong collaboration skills across departments. • Ability to influence decision-making processes. • Excellent communication skills for user support.
