Description
• Oversees project managers in construction of store projects • Manages a team to complete projects consistent with terms of the Agreement related to project milestones, cost, and quality. • Reviews and approves contractors’ bids, awards contracts, and approves payments and change orders • Performs quarterly check-ins with direct reports • Develops and maintains relationships with landlords, internal departments, and consultants • Conducts field inspections to confirm adherence to specifications • Ensures project input in Tango is accurate and current
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field plus 3+ years of experience • If no degree; 5-10 years experience in a project manager position within retail/commercial construction is accepted • Experience with team management, budgets, bid process, contract negotiation, problem solving, knowledge of construction codes and safety regulations • PMP, preferred
