• At Silent Eight, we develop our own AI-based products to combat financial crimes that enable things like money laundering, the financing of terrorism, and systemic corruption. • We’re a leading RegTech firm working with large international financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC. • We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our HubSpot campaigns, execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and effectively handle our social media channels. • In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create high-performing campaigns that generate leads, engage key accounts, and drive growth in the FinTech/RegTech space. • Experience with AML or financial crime industries is a bonus, but not essential. • This is a remote position with flexibility to work across time zones and occasional travel for industry events or client engagements.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on HubSpot and ABM campaign execution. • Experience managing and growing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and X, and using social media to engage and nurture leads. • A background in FinTech/RegTech, AML, financial crime prevention, or compliance is a bonus but not required. • Familiarity with AML regulations and the financial crime prevention landscape, particularly how technology like AI and automation are transforming these industries. • HubSpot certifications or relevant marketing automation credentials (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Analytics). • Comfortable with using and learning new marketing tools and platforms to streamline operations and improve campaign effectiveness.
