Description
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership • Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance • Provide actionable insights and recommendations • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) • Develop dashboards and other reporting tools • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes • Work closely with the finance team to enhance reporting tools • Build and maintain financial models to forecast future performance • Work closely with various departments to gather data • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and/or accounting • BA or BS in Finance or a related field • Reasonable familiarity and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques and budget management • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning software • Experience with Business Intelligence system, Hyperion or something similar • Experience in semiconductor or software industry
