Description

• Perform advanced accounting and financial analysis tasks focusing on federal government financial statements • Ensure compliance with established standards • Analyze data, provide audit support, contribute to financial reporting processes • Compile and publish financial statements • Review Journal Vouchers for accuracy and conduct root cause analysis • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze federal financial statements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum 4 years of experience in federal financial accounting • At least 2 years of experience compiling and analyzing federal government financial statements • Strong proficiency with proprietary and budgetary USSGL analysis • Proven ability to analyze complex accounting data • Extensive knowledge of federal financial reporting processes and standards • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification is preferred
