📋 Description
• Work closely with team leader (based in Ukraine) and program management (based in US). • Develop and update DRC/LVS rule decks and/or iPDKs. • Analyze and update rule decks and/or iPDKs to support Silvaco tools. • Test and validate rule decks and/or iPDKs. • Work with software developers to improve tools and minimize issues. • Flexible hours may be required to meet project targets.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Tcl, and Python. • Knowledge of OS-specific scripting languages (Powershell for Windows and Bash shell for Linux). • Electrical Engineering degree or Math/Physics is strongly desired. • Knowledge of the EDA custom flow in at least one of the following areas: Circuit Design, Physical Implementation, or Physical Verification. • Prior experience with EDA tools from Silvaco, Cadence, Synopsys, or Siemen-Mentor. • Proficient in CMOS technology is a plus. • Good understanding of best practices in development and test, including documentation, version control, issue tracking. • Experience with both Windows and Linux OSs.
