📋 Description
• Conduct initial psychosocial assessments. • Counsel patients through grief, depression, and other mental health concerns. • Provide updated clinical notes and SOAP notes after each session. • Maintain a caseload of 15-20 billable client sessions weekly.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be Licensed in North Carolina. • Must have a reliable laptop, desktop computer, or tablet. • NPI# and CAQH profile required if hired. • Experience providing Teletherapy is desired, but not required.
