• As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our most important customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for our most important customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Understand our customers’ business needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. • Collaborate with our product team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers. • Monitor customer usage and provide insights to our product team to drive product improvements. • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Provide customer feedback to our internal teams to help drive continuous improvement.
• 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Ability to understand complex business needs and provide solutions. • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
