Description

• The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and directing Professional Services projects. • This position involves setting priorities, objectives, and timelines that align with client expectations. • Serves as the primary contact for Professional Services, managing various client stakeholders. • Facilitates regular communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. • Maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management. • Strong communication and customer service skills to manage client expectations. • Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing environments, and handle project challenges effectively. • Strong understanding of business cases and risk management processes. • Proficiency in monitoring and controlling project budgets. • Outstanding leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. • A goal-driven, proactive attitude. • Professionalism. • Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
