Description

• As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients. • Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting customer issues, analyzing SQL queries, and ensuring smooth operations of our automation platform. • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, has a strong foundation in SQL, and is eager to develop their skills further.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and database knowledge. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals. • Excellent communication skills in English, and Spanish. • Experience with Python and AWS services is a plus. • Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment. • A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. • Experience with zendesk.
