📋 Description
• Serve as a senior-level technical resource responsible for maintaining computer system continuity • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems • Manage new hire system setups and equipment deployment • Monitor and maintain IT inventory and asset management systems • Handle escalated support tickets and complex technical issues • Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base • Implement preventive maintenance procedures • Support infrastructure projects and system upgrades • Provide after-hours support as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field • 3-5 years of progressive IT support experience • Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues • Strong documentation and communication skills • Experience with help desk ticketing systems • Hardware repair and maintenance expertise • Experience with Oracle Cloud configuration and setup (desired) • Ability to travel to DoD sites as needed (desired) • Experience with DoD documentation requirements (desired) • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (desired) • Understanding of cybersecurity requirements (desired) • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (desired) • CompTIA A+ (required) • CompTIA Network+ (required) • Microsoft Certified Professional (required) • Apple Certified Support Professional (required) • ITIL Foundation (required)
