• Provides level 2 advanced or complex onsite and remote user device support including troubleshooting and configuration; • Provides level 2 advanced Local Area Network device support; • Coordinates hardware replacements and repairs with third party vendors; • Participates in managing small and large scale computer and other user device deployment projects; • Participates in managing small and large scale Voice Over IP phone deployment projects; • Configures device monitoring systems and dashboards for outage detection and alerts of incidents; • Design and develop system performance and support ticket metrics reports; • Documents technical user guides and procedures; • Reviews, develops and publishes knowledgebase articles.
