Description

β€’ The Customer Care Team Lead, Chat plays a critical role in providing team support. β€’ Provides team coaching and support, ensures an optimal customer experience. β€’ Handles customer escalations with professionalism and empathy. β€’ Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. β€’ Fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 2 years of high-volume, inbound contact center or call center chat experience (email/chat agent). β€’ High school diploma or GED required. β€’ Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. β€’ Ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish ideal. β€’ Tire or automotive industry experience preferred. β€’ Prior experience working in a remote environment is a bonus.
